Love and Happiness with age

there comes a time in life when your mind stops every time you smile  and you focus in on what it is that makes you happiest. Its like all reality stops and you're seeing with your eyes and feeling with your heart and soul what it is in your life that makes you the happiest..
its comparable to a drug
comparable to falling in love..

its at this moment when you understand what it is you need to keep in your life.
also what you don't.

there are many times when I realize how happy I am, that I'm starring right into the eyes of another
